Our holographic fans are very easy to use! Simply mount and power the fan, connect your phone to the fan through WiFi, and use the app to upload videos and pictures from anywhere on your phone! You can upload videos and pictures directly from your phone’s camera roll, and we offer pre-made and custom 3D animations for you to use with your fans!
Our holographic fans will work with most media formats, like .MP4, .JPG, .PNG, .GIF, or .MOV!
You can upload videos and pictures with the Android and iOS app!
There are no limits on how long the videos can be. For example, you can even watch your favorite shows or movies!

Shipping
Yes! We can ship orders almost anywhere in the world! You will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees and import taxes that apply.
We ship all products in the original manufacturer packaging with additional protection if needed. For example, orders with 2 or more products will be bundled and packed with additional Styrofoam or packing material as needed. All orders are shipped with tracking worldwide, and we offer insurance for all products for a 10% fee per product shipped.
Yes! Please contact us at [email protected] about your exchange or return before sending it to us in the mail. We only accept exchanges for defective products or orders that haven’t shipped yet.
All orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The buyer must also confirm the return by packaging, shipping, and providing the tracking number of the return shipment within the 14 day timeframe. To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. The return must be in its original packaging without any missing components. Your return will be rejected without the original packaging, or if any components are missing.
